*A New Family Interview will be scheduled with the Director, parents, and prospective student(s) as the final step in the application process.
Step Two:
The New Family 2026-27 Application will be available here on 1/1/26.
+In order to be scheduled for a New Family Interview you will first have to pay the application fee.

Each family applying will
be asked to provide the following via the online forms below. You can prepare these items before the application is available:
1.TWO recommendations PER student
On January, 1 2026, applications for the 2026-27 school year will open. Future students are encouraged to attend Open House and/or a tour in the Fall. All items except for the application will be available below and can be completed before 1/1/26:

+Please keep checking your email. Failure to respond or pay application fee within a week of receiving your email to schedule a New Family Interview may result in not getting a family interview.
*Classes for new families cannot be scheduled until the full application
process is complete and the student(s) are accepted at WHCT.
We are unable to accept additional applications for the 2025-26 academic year. We also do not accept students mid-academic year.
