REGISTRATION

 

Please follow the steps below for submitting your application.

 

1. Download, print and fill out the New Student Application

2. Mail or Drop off the application along with the following:

  • $75 application fee (one per family)

  • two letters of recommendation (per student)

  • Parent Testimonies (Mother and Father)

  • Student Paragraph (per student applying)  

3. Once all of the above paperwork has been received by the Director, you will receive an email confirming application and a New Family Interview will be set up.

If you are interested in learning more about WHCT, come and take a tour.

 

The tour will last about 45 min, with a time for questions. Parents and students are welcome to attend.

We are now on a Wait List for the 2021-2022 school year. In order to be placed on the wait list, an application must be submitted.

Wait listed families will be notified by late April if anything has opened up.

How much does WHCT cost?

Expenses are broken down into three categories.

1. Registration Fees - per student

2. Operations & Lab Fees - per class

3. Tuition - per class

 

The Registration, Operation & Lab fees are paid directly to WHCT at the time of registration.

 

The tution is paid directly to the tutors quarterly.
